The "Calibration Department" is executed upon request and is considered for personal use, which is prohibited from being reused for another person. Therefore, we apologize for the exchange or return. To ensure the best service for our customers, and based on the directives of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which prohibits exchange and return for several categories including accessories, we apologize for any exchange or return of any product. The following cases are excluded: if there is a defect in the product upon receipt, contact us and we will replace it for you free of charge; if a different order was shipped than your order; if the product is delayed for more than 15 working days. We are not responsible at all for any shipment returned to us due to the customer not responding to calls from the courier or shipping company. If the customer wishes to resend the order, they must pay the shipping costs again. We apologize for canceling any order after payment if its status has been changed to "executed" or "being processed," and in one case if the order status is under review.
